综合护理在30例脑出血患者中的应用

Application of comprehensive nursing in 30 cases of cerebral hemorrhage

目的:探讨综合护理在30例脑出血患者中的应用效果。方法:选取收治的60例脑出血患者为研究对象,对照组采用常规的护理方式,而观察组在对照组的基础上加以综合护理措施。结果:两组患者的满意度差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的平均住院费用、平均住院时间都要明显少于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:综合护理在脑出血患者护理中的应用价值较高。

Objective：To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing in 30 cases of cerebral hemorrhage patients.Methods：60 cases of patients with intracerebral hemorrhage （ICH） as the object of study, all patients were divided into two groups based on the random number method, respectively is the observation group and control group, 30 cases in each group, the control group was treated with routine nursing, while the observation group in the control group on the basis of comprehensive nursing measures.Results：the satisfaction degree of the observation group was 94.64%, the satisfaction of the control group was 73.21%, the observation group was significantly higher than the control group, the two groups were statistically significant （P〈 0.05）.The average hospitalization expenses and average length of stay in the observation group were significantly less than those in the control group, with significant differences, with statistical significance （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：the application value of comprehensive nursing in nursing care of patients with cerebral hemorrhage is high.
