高龄患者人工全髋关节置换术的术中规范化配合及护理体会

Standardized coordination and nursing experience of total hip replacement in elderly patients

目的:探究高龄患者人工全髋关节置换术的术中规范化配合及护理体会。方法:选取68例进行人工全髋关节置换术的高龄患者,其中行常规护理34例(对照组);在常规护理基础上,行术中规范化配合及综合护理的患者34例(观察组)。对比两组患者术后Harris髋关节功能评分,VAS疼痛评分及护理满意度。结果:对照组患者的Harris功能评分优良率为52.94%,观察组患者的Harris功能评分优良率为70.59%,观察组优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理后VAS疼痛评分优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:高龄患者人工全髋关节置换术行术中规范化配合及综合护理可有效提高患者护理满意度和Harris髋关节功能评分,降低患者疼痛感,值得在临床上进一步推广应用。

Objective：To explore the standardized coordination and nursing experience of total hip replacement in the elderly patients.Methods：a total of 68 elderly patients undergoing total hip arthmplasty in the Hospital.Among them, 34 cases were selected as control group treated with routine nursing. 34 cases of patients with standardized coordination and comprehensive nursing during the operation were set up as observation group. The Harris hip function score, VAS pain score and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results：the excellent and good rate of Harris score in the control group was 52.94%, while 70.59% in the observation group. The score of observation group was higher than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈 0.05）; the VAS pain score of observation group after nursing was higher than control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈 0.05）; the nursing satisfaction of observation group was higher than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈 0.05）.Conclusion：standardized and comprehensive nursing can effectively improve satisfaction and Harris score of hip joint function of elderly patients with total hip arthroplasty, and also reduce the pain of patients. Therefore, standardized and comprehensive nursing is worthy of further promotion in the clinical application.
