摘要
在护理技能操作开放实训教学中,尝试在老师指导下的老生带新生的实践教学模式。在老生中选出实训辅导员并培训,制定相关管理办法和制度,老生带新生实训,激发学生的学习动力,培养提高学生的自我管理能力。该文通过实践和调查,证明此项举措对提升护理实训教学效果、培养护生的综合能力起到了较显著的促进作用。
In the practice teaching of nursing skill operation, we try to bring the new practice teaching pattern under the guidance of teacher. In the old students selected training instructors and training, development of relevant management methods and systems, is conducive to improving the quality of teaching, stimulate students' motivation to learn while improving the self-management ability of students,the author through practice and investigation to prove reform initiatives to enhance the effectiveness of nursing training and training of nursing students' comprehensive ability to play a more significant role in promoting.
