妇瘤科腹腔镜手术围术期不使用抗生素的临床观察

Clinical observation in perioperative period of gynecological laparoscopic surgery without application of antibiotics

目的:探讨妇瘤科腹腔镜手术时围手术期不使用抗生素的临床疗效。方法:将安徽省肿瘤医院妇瘤科择期行腹腔镜手术的患者随机分为实验组和对照组各73例,实验组围手术期不使用抗生素,对照组常规使用抗生素,观察相关临床指标。结果:实验组和对照组的手术时间、术中出血量、术后住院天数差异无统计学意义。与术前相比较,两组患者术后体温上升,白细胞计数和中性粒细胞计数增加,但两组间差异无统计学意义。结论:妇瘤科腹腔镜手术围术期若无明确指征,使用抗生素没有必要。

Objective：To investigate the clinical effect in perioperative period during gynecological laparoscopic surgery without application of antibiotics. Methods：The gynecologic oncology patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery were randomly divided into experimental and control group,73 cases in each group. The patients in experimental group were treated without application of antibiotics, while the patients in control group were treated with antibiotics. The correlated clinical indexes were observed and compared between two groups. Results：There were no significant difference between two groups in the operation time, the amount of bleeding during operation and the length of postoperative hospital stay. Compared with preoperative data, the postoperative body temperature, white blood cell count and neutrophil count increased significantly. However, there was no significant difference in all the data between two groups. Conclusion：It is unnecessary to use the antibiotics in perioperative period during gynecological laparoscopic surgery, without clear indication.
