妊娠高血压综合症患者实施综合护理干预的效果探讨

The effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome

目的:研究对妊娠高血压综合症病患实施综合护理干预的护理效果。方法:对某医院进行治疗的妊娠高血压综合症患者中随机选取100例进行实验观察,分为不同的两组,对实验组患者进行常规护理结合综合护理,对对照组进行常规护理。结果:实验组在护理前的平均动脉压为(133.32±11.21)mm Hg,对照组在护理前的平均动脉压为(132.63±12.19)mm Hg(P>0.05)。实验组干预后的平均动脉压为(108.56±10.46)mm Hg,对照组平均动脉压为(123.27±11.89)mm Hg(P<0.05)。结论:使用常规护理结合综合护理干预的方式能够有效降低患者的血压水平,提高患者的生活质量。

Objective：To study the comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome nursing effect.Methods：in our hospital for treatment of pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome patients randomly selected from 100 to carry on the experimental observation, divided into two groups, different to conventional nursing combined with comprehensive care, experimental group patients as control group routine nursing.Results：the experimental group before the nursing of mean arterial pressure （133.32± 11.21） mmHg, mean arterial pressure in control before nursing for （132.63± 12.19） mmHg （P〉 0.05）. The experimental group after the intervention of the mean arterial pressure （108.56 ± 10.46） （123.27 ±11.89） mmHg （P〈 0.05）.Conclusion：the combination mmHg, control group average arterial pressure was of using conventional occur comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively reduce the patient＇s blood pressure level,improve the quality of life of the patients.
