经皮穴位电刺激防治插管洗胃中不良反应的疗效观察

To observe the curative effect of percutaneous electrical stimulation of acupuncture points in the prevention of adverse reaction of gastric intubation

目的:探讨经皮穴位电刺激(TAES)防治插管洗胃中不良反应的效果。方法:选择64例服毒需洗胃的患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各32例。观察组在洗胃前3min开始持续经皮穴位电刺激足三里、梁丘、内关、合谷穴,对照组采用传统洗胃方法。结果:观察组患者不良反应发生率及发生次数明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者置管时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。洗胃中、洗胃后观察组患者SBP、HR均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:经皮穴位电刺激能缩短置管时间,减少对患者BP和HR的影响,有效防治插管洗胃中的不良反应。

Objective：To investigate the effect of transcutaneous electrical stimulation （TAES） in control of adverse reactions of gastric lavage.Methods：64 patients who needed gastric lavage were randomly divided into observation group （n=32） and control group （n=32）. The observation group was given continuous TAES on acupoints of Zusanli, Liangqiu, Neiguan and Hegu from 3 minutes before beginning lavage. The control group was given traditional method of gastric lavage.Results：The incidence and frequency of adverse reactions in observation group were significantly less than in control group （P〈 0.05）.The catheterization time in observation group was significantly shorter （P〈 0.05）. The SBP and HR of patients in observation group were significantly lower during and after gastric lavage （P〈 0.05）.Conclusion：TAES can reduce catheter time and the impact on patients of BP and HR, meanwhile it can effectively prevent adverse reactions of gastric lavage.
