糖尿病足溃疡1例的高压氧治疗案例分析

近年来,高压氧(HBO)逐渐广泛地被应用于问题伤口,尤其是是糖尿病足溃疡的治疗上。然而,这种辅助治疗仍然存有很多争议,例如其适用性、过度使用等问题。该案例中这名52岁的患者,患有糖尿病、夏科氏足及足部溃疡,接受了HBO治疗。患者的足脉搏正常,经皮氧分压水平正常,出现严重的假单胞菌足溃疡,在口服抗生素并配合适当的伤口护理和减压治疗后,伤口在3个月后痊愈。进一步的伤口治疗方式应至少在患者接受了常规治疗一段时间后才考虑进行。为防止高压氧治疗的过度使用,独立HBO中心应当包括多学科的伤口护理团队。

However, this kind of therapy still exists plenty of disputes, such as the adaptiveness and excessive use. In this case, a 52-year-old patient with diabete, Charcot foot and foot ulcers accepted HBO therapy.The patient＇ s foot pulse and percutaneous oxygen partial pressure are in normal range, but the serious pseudomonas foot ulcers appeared treatment were given, the wound were healed After oral antibiotics, the appropriate wound care and decompression three months later.Further wound treatment should be considered after the patients receive a routine treatment for a period of time.In order to prevent the abuse of HBO treatment, indeoendent HBO centers should include the muhidisciolinarv wound care team.
