中国版老年综合征ICF核心要素的初步研究

The preliminary research on the Chinese version of geriatric syndromes ICF core elements

目的为反映我国老年人的健康相关问题,本研究将建立一套有效的老年ICF(国际功能分类、残疾和健康)评估办法。方法为了应用ICF二级分类,我们进行了传统老年综合征评估的分级指标与ICF二级分类进行了相关性分析和ROC分析并对7项老年综合征指标的传统评估值和ICF评估值ROC曲线下面积,特异性和敏感性的一致性做了比较。本项研究采用流行病学横断面和纵向研究设计,包括4419名来自国内3个地区的老年人进行了测试。结果 ICF的41类(人体功能18项,活动和参与15项,身体结构3项,环境因素5项)。评估内容效度较高,所有问题的检出率为41.0%。最经常报告的问题是B760随意运动控制功能(7.1%),B770步态功能(6.45%),B152情感职能(5.16%)和B117智力功能(5.16%)。无缺失值类别。传统老年综合征评估的分级指标与ICF二级分类进行了Spearman相关性分析(P<0.01),有统计学意义,初步达成共识。结论老年人ICF评估办法包括了41项ICF类目,是一套比较全面而有效的工具,能够反映我国一般老年人中最相关的健康问题。

Objectives Purpose To reflect the elderly health related issues in our country,this study will establish a set of effective elderly ICF（ international classification of function,disability and health） to evaluation. Methods In application of ICF secondary classification,we carried on the traditional classification indexes of geriatric syndrome evaluation and ICF secondary classification has carried on the correlation analysis and ROC analysis and evaluation of seven measures of geriatric syndromes of traditional values and ICF assessment area under the ROC curve,specificity and sensitivity of the consistency of comparison. This study adopts the epidemiological cross-sectional and longitudinal research design,including 4419 from three parts of the country were tested in the elderly. Results ICF 41 classes（ 18 human body function,activity and participation,15 body structure of the three,five environmental factors）. Evaluate all problem of high content validity,detection rate of 41. 0%. The most frequently reported problem is B760 voluntary movement control function（ 7. 1%）,B770 gait function（ 6. 45%）,B152 emotional function（ 5. 16%） and B117 intellectual function（ 5. 16%）. No missing value category. Traditional classification indexes of geriatric syndrome evaluation and ICF secondary classification for the Spearman correlation analysis（ P〈0. 01）,with statistical significance. A preliminary agreement. Conclusions The elderly ICF to evaluation included 41 ICF category,is a set of comprehensive and effective tools,can reflect general most relevant to health problems in the elderly in our country.
