消癌平注射液联合TP方案治疗晚期胃癌临床效果观察

Observation on clinical effects of Xiaoaiping Injection combined with TP regimen in advanced gastric cancer

目的探讨消癌平注射液联合紫杉醇与顺铂联合化疗(TP)方案治疗晚期胃癌的临床疗效。方法 30例晚期胃癌患者随机分为试验组和对照组,各15例,试验组采用消癌平注射液联合TP方案,对照组采用TP方案,2个周期后评估2组临床疗效、生活质量改善情况及毒副反应。结果试验组临床有效率为66.7%,明显高于对照组的26.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),试验组生活质量改善率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),试验组毒副反应发生率明显低于对照组,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论消癌平注射液联合TP方案治疗晚期胃癌可提高治疗疗效,改善患者生活质量。

Objectives To observe the clinical efficacy of Xiaoaiping Injection combined with TP regimen for advanced gastric cancer. Methods Thirty patients with advanced gastric cancer were randomly divided into experimental group（ n = 15） in which patients received Xiaoaiping Injection combined with TP regimen,and control group（ n = 15） in which patients received TP regimen alone. The clinical efficacy,the improvement of quality of life（ QOL）,and toxic and side effects were evaluated after 2 cycles. Results The overall response rate was 66. 7% in experimental group and 26. 7% in control group,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. The improvement rate of QOL in experimental group was higher than that in control group,with statistical difference（ P〈0. 05）. The occurrence rate of the toxic and side effects in experimental group was lower than that in control group,with no statistical difference（ P〉0. 05）. Conclusions Xiaoaiping Injection combined with TP regimen can improve therapeutic efficacy and increase QOL in patients with advanced gastric cancer.
