中老年2型糖尿病患者抑郁及焦虑状况及相关因素分析

Analysis to understand the status of the middle-aged and old patients with type 2 diabetes,depression and anxiety and to explore the related factors

目的研究分析中老年2型糖尿病患者抑郁和焦虑情况及相关因素。方法抽取我院内科2015年1月至2016年1月收治的2型糖尿病患者60例为研究对象,所有患者进行心理状态测评,并按照测评结果分为研究组和对照组,比较两组心理状态及影响因素。结果中老年2型糖尿病患者抑郁及焦虑发生率为58.33%,研究组患者女性比例、病程、并发症发生率、血糖稳定情况、家庭经济状况与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论中老年2型糖尿病患者发生心理问题与性别、家庭条件、血糖稳定情况等多因素相关。

Objectives To study the analysis of senile patients with type 2 diabetes,depression and anxiety and related factors.Methods To extract the hospital internal medicine in January 2015 ~ January 2016,60 patients with type 2 diabetes as the research object,and all of the patients with psychological state assessment,and according to the evaluation results are divided into research group and the control group,compared two groups of mental state factor. Results In elderly patients with type 2 diabetes,depression and anxiety incidence of 58. 33%,the team the proportion of women patients with,course,complications,blood sugar stable situation,family economic condition compared with the control group with significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusions In elderly patients with type 2 diabetes,psychological problems and gender,family conditions,many factors such as blood sugar stable situation.
