摘要
针对铁路运营管理模式进行分析,着重阐述铁路旅客服务信息系统的特点和主要功能,以及客运服务信息系统的组成方案。
The paper analyzes railway operation management modes, and mainly sets forth the characteristics and main functions of the Passenger Information System（PIS）, as well as the composition scheme of the system.
