摘要
支气管肺发育不良(bronchopulmonary dysplasia,BPD)是新生儿重症监护病房常见疾病之一,现研究表明早产儿BPD与遗传因素、肺发育不成熟、氧中毒、机械通气肺损伤、感染等多种因素有关,目前主要以预防为主,尚无特殊治疗方法。现主要就BPD的研究进展作一综述。
Bronchopulmonary dysplasia（ BPD） is one of the most common diseases in NICU. Present studies show that BPD in premature infants is correlated with many factors,including heredity,immature lung development,oxygen toxicity,ventilator-induced lung injury,and infection. There is no special treatment but prevention at present.The research progress on prevention and treatment of BPD is reviewed in this paper.
