当前我国经济正处于快速增长的新常态中,新型城镇化将成为拉动经济增长和推进社会改革的强大动力。财税政策作为调节经济的重要杠杆,在建设新型城镇化进程中起着举足轻重的作用。在城镇化进程中应全面考量财税政策,深化财税体制改革,积极发挥财税政策的调节作用,加快推进新型城镇化进程。

At present China is under the new normal of rapid economic growth, and the new-type urbanization will become the great impetus for economic growth and social reform. As an important tool to adjust economy, fiscal and tax policy plays a very important role in the construction of new-type urbanization. In the urbanization process, the government should fully consider the fiscal and tax policy and also deepen the reform of fiscal and tax system so as to fully display the role of fiscal and tax policy in adjusting economy and thus accelerate the development of new-type urbanization.
