摘要
通过分析目前高职院校师资队伍、经费划拨、硬件资源等教学资源配置的现状,发现存在教师的流动性偏低、外聘教师管理难度较大、系部经费划拨不均衡、实训室资源使用效率不高等问题。以济源职业技术学院为例,有针对性地提出了相应的举措,如全院范围内合理调配人力资源、鼓励教师跨系部授课、提高系部保底运行的经费额度、实验实训维修费根据设备总值核算并单独划拨、实训室实行管理员和教师双重管理、开放实训室等,以期促进高职院校各部门教学资源的优化配置,提高人才培养质量。
By an analysis on the present situation of teaching resources allocation in vocational colleges,i. e. teachers,funding,hardware resources,and so on,some problems are found,such as the low mobility of teachers,the difficult management of teacher employed outside,the unbalanced funding allocation among departments,the inefficient application of training room resources,etc. In a case of Jiyuan Vocational and Technical College,some pertinent measures are put forward such as allocating human resources reasonably in the college,encouraging teachers to teach across the departments,improving the minimum department operation funds,checking and assessing the experimental and training maintenance fee according to total value of equipment and transferring it independently,implementing the dual management of administrators and teachers on training room,opening the training rooms and so on,so as to prompt the optimized teaching resources allocation and improve the quality of talent cultivation.
