德育视角下的研究生奖学金制度改革探析

A Research on the Reform of Postgraduate Scholarship System from the Perspective of Moral Education

以当前研究生教育综合改革为背景,紧密联系研究生实际,深入探析了研究生奖学金的保障性、导向性、激励性和教化性等德育功能,从奖助形式缺乏创意、评定机制不健全、不良竞争等方面剖析了影响研究生奖学金德育功能发挥的因素,并提出了研究生奖学金制度改革创新与健全的措施:一是提高奖助效果的有效性,二是完善评定机制,三是发挥德育功能。

Under the background of current comprehensive reform of postgraduate education,and combining closely with the reality of postgraduates,the paper profoundly analyzes the guarantee,guiding,incentive,and cultural functions of postgraduate scholarship for moral education,researches the factors of moral educational function playing of postgraduate scholarship from the aspects that the shortage of creativity of scholarship forms,the imperfect assessment mechanism,adverse competition,and so on. The measures for the innovation and perfection of postgraduate scholarship system are put forward as well： First is to improve the effectiveness of postgraduate scholarship system,second is to improve the assessment mechanism,and the third is the functions playing of moral education.
