高等体育院校教师职业道德课程教学改革构想

A Thought on the Teaching Reform of Teachers' Professional Ethics in Higher Sports Institutions

一名合格的教师必须要遵守最起码的道德规范,高等体育院校教师职业道德是体育类教育专业的必修课。通过郑州大学体育学院的教学改革实践,分析了高等体育院校教师职业道德教学改革中存在的问题,提出了把握教师职业道德总体发展趋势、调动课堂教学引导性、通过"慕课""微课"模式无缝融合扩大课程覆盖面、充分发挥课堂教学效果的长效性和结合学生特点扩展授课内容的教学改革思路。

A qualified teacher must comply with the normal ethics. The Teachers＇ Professional Ethics is a required course for P. E. specialty in higher sports institutions. By the teaching reform practice in Physical Education College of Zhengzhou University,this study analyzes the existing problems in the teaching reform on the Teachers＇ Professional Ethics in higher sports institutions and puts forward the thoughts for teaching reform,such as understanding the overall development trend of teacher career ethics,playing the leading role of class teaching,expanding the coverage of course by the integration of MOOC and Micro-lecture,giving full play to the effect of class teaching and expanding the teaching content combined with the characteristics of students.
