基于层次分析法对EPC模式决策管理的研究

Research on EPC Decision Management Based on Analytic Hierarchy Process

针对EPC模式下经常遇到的决策问题,如承包商选择、项目风险判定等,从系统论角度出发,运用层次分析法(简称AHP法),将EPC模式下复杂的、多准则、多属性的决策问题进行分解,把影响决策问题的因素按相互关联的程度划分为不同的层次,进行两两比较赋予权重值,通过计算将各层次的权重值进行权重合并验证一致性,得到决策影响因素的权重排序,决策者可以将排序结果作为决策参考的依据。

From the angle of system theory and by using the analytic hierarchy process（AHP）,the often-encountered,complex,multi-criteria and multi-attribute decision problems under EPC model,such as contractor selection and project risk assessment,are explained.The factors affecting the decision problems are divided into different levels according to their interrelated degree.The weight order of factors affecting the decision can be obtained through endowing different levels with weights by pairwise contrast,calculating the weight value of each level and verifying their consistency to offer references for decision-makers.
