With the widespread use of network learning resources,the production of micro-lectures has become a hot topic and the merits of the micro-lectures directly affect the teaching effect and the interest of learners.The characteristics of micro-lectures were analyzed and the steps and related principles of making micro-lectures were summarized.Taking the micro-lecture works in national resource library and their competitive processes as an example,the key points of micro-lecture design are discussed and the experience is summarized.
