摘要
为评估风电场的风能资源及其利用情况,对已安装风机的功率曲线进行归一化拟合,找到风机典型参数与功率曲线的内在联系,得出新型号风机的理论功率曲线,对新型号风机是否比现有风机更有效利用风能资源作出明确判断;建立和求解0-1多目标优化模型,在满足停机维护要求和维修人员值连续工作时间限制等条件下,制定了维修人员的排班方案与风机维护计划,使各组维修人员的工作任务相对均衡且风电场具有较好的经济效益。
Using normalized curve fitting above the wind-power data of the existing wind power generators,the inherent relation between the typical parameters of wind power generators and wind-power function is obtained,which gives these judgment from the wind energy resources utilization perspective whether the new types of wind power generators are better than the old ones. 0-1 multi-objective optimization model is established and solved to tune repair personnel scheduling scheme and the maintenance plan of wind power generators,which makes each generator tasks equilibrious,and the wind farm has good economic benefits. Besides,the continuous working time limit conditions of wind power generators and service engineers are also considered.
