复方倍他米松注射液联合曲安奈德注射液序贯治疗瘢痕疙瘩的有效性和安全性

Effect and safety of Compound Betamethasone Injection combined with Riamcinolone Acetonide Injection sequential treatment of keloid

目的探讨复方倍他米松注射液联合曲安奈德注射液序贯治疗瘢痕疙瘩的有效性和安全性。方法选取2014年3月～2016年3月江苏省溧阳市人民医院收治的140例瘢痕疙瘩患者作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组（n=70）和对照组（n=70），观察组采用复方倍他米松注射液联合曲安奈德注射液序贯治疗，对照组单独采用曲安奈德注射液治疗，比较两组的相关指标改善率评分、临床疗效、复发情况及不良反应情况。结果观察组患者瘢痕疙瘩体积、痛痒觉、硬度及自我评价改善率评分均明显高于对照组。差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。观察组患者的总有效率明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。观察组患者治疗6、12个月的复发率均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组．差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论复方倍他米松注射液联合曲安奈德注射液序贯治疗瘢痕疙瘩能够明显改善效果，降低不良反应发生率及复发率，值得临床推广应用。

Objective To evaluate the effect and safety of Compound Betamethasone Injection combined with Riamci- nolone Acetonide Injection sequential treatment of keloid. Methods 140 patients with keloid from March 2014 to March 2016 in People＇s Hospital of Liyang City, Jiangsu Province were recruited as study objects. The patients were di- vided into observation group （n=70） and control group （n=70） by random number table. Patients in observation group were given with Compound Betamethasone Injection combined with Riamcinolone Acetonide Injection sequential treat- ment while patients in control group were given with Riamcinolone Acetonide Injection treatment. Related index im- provement rate score, clinical effect, recurrence and adverse reaction were compared between two groups. Results The improvement rate scores of keloid volume, pain/itching sesation, hardness and self-evaluation in observation group were higher than those in control group, the differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Total effective rate of obser- vation group was significantly higher than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. After treatment of 6 and 12 months, recurrence rates of observation group were much lower than those of control group, the differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Incidence rate of adverse reaction in observation group was low- er than that in control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Compound Betametha- sone Injection combined with Riamcinolone Acetonide Injection sequential treatment of keloid can improve effect, de- crease incidence rate of adverse reaction and recurrence rate, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
