摘要 我国师范类高校如何才能在师范生培养中兼顾好学术性和师范性,将教育理论与教育专业实践有效融通,面向基础教育培养高质量的教师?美国教师教育在这方面的探索可为我国之参考。美国大学的几个具有代表性的教师教育项目都呈现出"教师教育分段培养、重视见习实习及过程指导"的共同特点。我国高校师范生的培养可借鉴美国的做法,推动实施师范生分段培养模式,完善教师发展学校的机制以提高见习实习质量,建立并完善师范生的校内外学业导师制,实行实习资格考核制度。 How can the normal universities in China take into account the academic and teacher-training characteristics in the training of prospective teacher,effectively integrate the educational theory with the practice of education,and cultivate high-quality teachers for elementary education? The exploration of American teacher education could be a reference for China. Several representative teacher education programs in American universities all show the common characteristics of "segmentation training in teacher education,emphasis on internship and process guidance". The teacher cultivation of normal university in China could learn from the practice of the United States to promote the implementation of the mode of teacher training,to improve the mechanism of teacher development school and promote the quality of internship,to establish and enhance the tutor system including inside-college and outside-college, and to implement internship qualification examination system.
