肝脏脂质合成的转录调控研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 肝脏中脂质的合成对于形成极低密度脂蛋白和向其他组织输送能量非常重要,而这一过程受到严格调控。脂质合成基因的转录受到一系列转录因子如上游刺激因子、固醇反应元件结合蛋白、碳水化合物反应元件结合蛋白、肝脏X受体等的调控。而这些转录因子及其共调节因子的功能、稳定性和细胞内定位又受到翻译后修饰状态如磷酸化、乙酰化、糖基化等的影响。肝脏脂质合成调节紊乱能导致肝脏脂肪病变并与肥胖和胰岛素抵抗密切相关。本文就调控脂质合成的重要转录因子及其翻译后修饰做一综述。
