退火工艺对Mg-8Li-3Al-1Y镁锂合金组织和力学性能的影响 被引量:2

Effects of Annealing Process on Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of Mg-8Li-3Al-1Y Magnesium Lithium Alloy

摘要 本文对冷轧态Mg-8Li-3Al-1Y镁锂合金进行了不同的退火工艺试验,并对不同退火工艺试验后的试样进行了显微组织观察和室温拉伸试验。结果表明,在退火处理过程中发生静态再结晶和α相球化行为,在360℃退火100 min时,合金发生了脱锂现象。同时得到了最佳的退火工艺制度为360℃×70 min,此时屈服强度、抗拉强度和延伸率分别为216.29 MPa、182.66 MPa和21.05%。 In this paper,different annealing process tests were carried out for cold-rolled Mg-8Li-3Al-1Y magnesium lithium alloy,and the observation of microstructure and the tensile test in room temperature were tested after different annealing process tests. The results show that α phase spheroidization and fully static recrystallization occur during annealing and phenomenon taking off the Lithium is happened in alloy when annealed at 360 ℃ for 100 min. The optimal annealing process is at 360 ℃ for 70 min,and yield strength,strength of extension and elongation are 216. 29 MPa,182. 66 MPa and 21. 05% respectively.
