摘要
航空铝板固溶淬火过程对水温的要求尤为严格,在环境温度较高的地区,应考虑淬火水冷却系统。本文根据辊底炉装炉量、淬火工艺、水池大小及环境温度等设计了一套适合于生产航空铝板的淬火水一次侧和二次侧冷却系统,达到节约成本、操作简单效果。
As the requirement of water temperature is particularly hard during the solution and quenching process of aerospace aluminum plate,the cooling system should be considered in higher temperature regions. In this paper,a set of cooling and re-cooling systems based on the load of roller hearth furnace,quenching process,size of water tank and environment temperatur is designed,which is fit for manufacturing aerospace aluminum plates. The resigned cooling system will reduce cost as well as simplified operation for aerospace aluminum plate production.
