摘要
我厂20CrMnTi钢制凸轮轴渗碳淬火后出现严重的裂纹和断裂,经金相检验、断口分析、应力测定和渗剂成分分析等,并审查整个热处理过程后,基本认定凸轮轴在热处理过程中吸入过多的氢,氢脆是引起裂纹和断裂的主要原因。提出了改进的建议。
20Cr Mn Ti steel camshaft appeared serious crack and fracture after carburizing and quenching in our factory. Through metallographic examination,fracture analysis,determination of stress and composition analysis of agent,as well as inspecting the whole heat treatment process,it is elementally recognized that the main reason of the crack and fracture is caused by hydrogen brittleness as it absorb too much hydrogen during the heat treatment.
