摘要
采用金相检验、扫描电镜观察及化学成分分析等方法,对高碳82DA剥壳断裂试样进行分析。结果表明:吊装或运输过程盘条表面擦伤,是导致剥壳断裂的主要原因。
The shelling fracture sample of high carbon 82 DA is analyzed by metalloscope,SEM observation and chemical composition analysis. The results show that surface scratch of steel wire rod during lifting or transport is the main cause to the shelling fracture.
