闭合复位结合Ilizarov组合式外固定架治疗闭合性跟骨骨折的临床应用

Clinical application of closed reduction combined with Ilizarov combined external fixator in treatment of closed calcaneal fracture

目的探讨闭合复位结合Ilizarov组合式外固定架治疗跟骨骨折的疗效。方法回顾性分析闭合复位结合Ilizarov组合式外固定架治疗的32例跟骨骨折患者资料。对比手术前后跟骨结节角、跟骨临界角、足跟宽度、跟骨长度的变化,进行Mazur评分分析。结果患者手术后3 d、手术后6周跟骨结节角、跟骨临界角、足跟宽度、跟骨长度与手术前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而手术后3 d的上述指标与手术后6周比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。同时患者踝关节评分优良率为78.13%。结论闭合复位结合Ilizarov组合式外固定架治疗跟骨骨折可获得良好的临床效果。

Objective To explore the curative effect of closed reduction combined with Ilizarov combined external fixator in the treatment of calcaneal fracture. Methods Data of 32 patients with calcaneal fracture treated with closed reduction combined with Ilizarov combined external fixator were analyzed retrospectively. The changes of calcaneal tubercle angle, calcaneal critical angle, heel width and calcaneal length before and after surgery were compared and Mazur scoring analysis was conducted. Results The calcaneal tubercle angle, calcaneal critical angle, heel width and calcaneal length 3 days and 6 weeks after surgery were significantly different from those before surgery（P〈0.05）, but the above indicators 3 days after surgery were not significantly different from those 6 weeks after surgery（P〈0.05）. The patients＇ excellent and good rate of ankle joint score was 78.13%. Conclusion Closed reduction combined with Ilizarov combined external fixator can obtain good clinical effect in the treatment of calcaneal fracture.
