AO动力加压钢板螺丝钉内固定治疗肱骨干骨折的疗效及并发症评价 被引量:1

The evaluation of the curative effect and complications of AO dynamic pressure plate screw internal fixation on humeral fractures

摘要 目的 探究AO动力加压钢板螺丝钉内固定治疗肱骨干骨折的疗效及并发症评价。方法 选取2014年4月-2016年4月在我院接受治疗的70例肱骨干骨折患者,按照随机数表法,分为对照组与实验组,各35例。实验组采用AO动力加压钢板螺丝钉内固定治疗,对照组采用常规普通钢板固定治疗。观察两组患者的临床结果、并发症情况以及肩关节和肘关节功能的差异。结果 实验组的手术时间、住院时间以及骨折处愈合时间均明显短于对照组(P〈0.05);实验组骨折未愈合1例、伤口感染0例、畸形愈合1例、钢板松动1例,均明显少于对照组(P〈0.05);实验组肘关节、肩关节功能恢复优秀率分别为62.86%、65.71%,均明显高于对照组(P〈0.05);实验组患者在伤后1 d、3 d、7 d、14 d的C反应蛋白(C-reactionprotein,CRP)水平均低于对照组患者(P〈0.05)。结论 AO动力加压钢板螺丝钉内固定治疗可以明显提高肱骨干骨折患者的疗效,减少术后并发症。 Objective To explore the curative effect of AO dynamic pressure plate screw internal fixation treatment of humeral fracture and the complications of evaluation. Methods A total of 70 patients for treatment of humeral fractures were selected from April 2014 to April 2016 in our hospital. According to the random number table methods, they were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, 35 cases in each group. The experimental group was treated with AO dynamic compression plate screw fixation, and the control group was treated with conventional plate fixation. The general clinical results and complications and the function of the shoulder joint and elbow joint of the two groups were observed. Results The operation time, length of stay and healing time in the experimental group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P〈0.05); The experimental group patients had fracture healing in 1case, wound infection in 0 case, malunion in 1 case, steel plate loose in 1 case,significantly less than the control group(P〈0.05); In the experimental group, the excellent rates of elbow and shoulder function recovery were 62.86% and65.71%, which were significantly higher than those in the control group(P〈0.05); The experimental group CRP levels after 1 day, 3 days, 7 days, 14 days of injury were lower than those in the control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion AO dynamic compression plate screw fixation can significantly improve the treatment of humeral shaft fracture patients, reduce postoperative complications.
