颅内生殖细胞瘤35例临床分析

Clinical analysis of 35 cases of intracranial germinoma

目的分析并比较颅内生殖细胞瘤各种治疗的临床效果。方法回顾分析经病理证实的35例颅内生殖细胞瘤患者的临床资料。结果手术切除32例,其中死亡3例,手术活检6例;术后行放疗26例,其中4例接受化疗。随访15例,包括肿瘤活检后行放疗4例,均恢复正常生活;肿瘤切除术后未行放疗或化疗2例,症状改善;肿瘤切除术后行放疗或化疗9例,3例恢复正常生活,3例症状改善,1例症状加重,2例肿瘤复发而死亡。结论对于颅内GCT的治疗,放疗是优先考虑的治疗方案。

Objective To analyze and compare the clinical effect of different treatment methods of intracranial germinoma. Methods A total of 35 cases of intracranial germinoma who were pathologically confirmed were retrospectively analyzed. Results Surgical resection was in 32 cases, including 3 cases of death, and surgical biopsy was given in 6cases; postoperative radiotherapy was given in 26 cases, including 4 cases undergoing chemotherapy. 15 cases were followed up, including 4 cases undergoing radiotherapy after tumor biopsy. They were all recovered to normal life; 2 cases were not given radiotherapy or chemotherapy after tumor resection, and the symptoms were improved; 9 cases were given radiotherapy or chemotherapy after tumor resection, and 3 cases were recovered to normal life, symptoms were improved in 3 cases, symptoms were aggravated in 1 case, and 2 cases were deceased due to tumor recurrence. Conclusion For the treatment of intracranial GCT, radiotherapy is the preferred treatment protocol.
