摘要 危重患者的生存质量问题日益受到关注,然而我国康复专业人才严重匮乏,目前仍不能满足危重患者的康复需求。在重症医学临床教学中加强康复理念的培养是缓解这一供需矛盾的重要措施。通过对重症医学科临床教师与实习生的康复理念培养、教学过程改进、医疗机构加大投入等措施,促使重症医学医疗工作者与学生转变观念,并掌握重症医学康复的康复目标、康复介入时机、康复流程、康复治疗措施等康复理论与知识,不仅有利于提高重症医学的临床教学水平和医学实习生的综合素质,而且能够促进重症医学早期康复的顺利开展、最大化地改善重症患者的生存质量。 The quality of life of the critically ill patients is gaining much more focus; however, the serious lack of rehabilitation specialists in our country still cannot meet the demand of rehabilitation of critically ill patients. It is an important measure alleviating the contradiction between supply and demand to strengthen the concept training of rehabilitation in clinical teaching of critical care medicine. Through some measures including the concept training of clinical teachers and interns on rehabilitation, improvement of teaching process, increased investment from medical institutions, health care workers and students in intensive care medicine were prompted to change ideas and master the rehabilitation theory and knowledge, such as rehabilitation goals, rehabilitation intervention time, rehabilitation process and measures, which is not only beneficial to improve the level of clinical teaching and the comprehensive quality of medical interns in intensive care medicine, but also can promote the smooth development of the early rehabilitation and maximize the improvement of the quality of life in critically ill patients.
