摘要
目的 分析分类护理对酒精性肝硬化患者生存质量的影响。方法 选择2014年1月-2015年10月温州医科大学附属第一医院收治的酒精性肝硬化患者100例,分为普通护理组50例,分类护理组50例。普通护理组根据其病情予常规护理;针对分类护理组,通过要求患者填写自制慢性肝病生存质量量表,对其进行细化分类护理。利用重复测量方差分析比较6个月中两组患者的生存质量评分变化过程。结果 分类护理组患者的生存质量,包括疾病导致的肢体疼痛、精神痛苦、睡眠质量、食欲及内心对疾病的恐惧程度评分等方面较普通护理组均有明显改善,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论 分类护理能够改善酒精性肝硬化患者的生存质量,对提高酒精性肝硬化患者的临床疗效具有一定价值。
Objective To analyze the effect of classified nursing intervention on the quality of life in the patients with alcoholic cirrhosis. Methods A total of 100 patients with alcoholic liver cirrhosis who were admitted to the first affiliated hospital of Wenzhou medical university from January 2014 to October 2015 were randomly selected and divided into two groups. 50 cases were in general care group, and the remaining 50 cases were in classified nursing intervention group. For the general care group, they were given routine care according to their conditions; for the classified nursing intervention group, the patients were asked to fill in the self-made questionnaire of quality of life with chronic liver disease, and they were given the nursing care with refined classification. Repeated measures of analysis of variance(ANOVA) were used to compare the changes of quality of life scores between the two groups in six months. Results The quality of life of the patients in the classified nursing intervention group was significantly improved compared with that in the general care group, the scores including physical pain, mental pain, sleep quality, appetite and the degree of fear of diseases, and the differences were all statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion Classified nursing intervention is able to improve the quality of life of patients with alcoholic cirrhosis, and it has certain value to improve the clinical curative effect of patients with alcoholic cirrhosis.
