由于理念新颖、投资成本高、技术复杂及建设周期长等特点,使绿色建筑的风险问题较传统建筑更为突出.而决策阶段不确定因素多,其风险管理尤为重要.在分析绿色建筑风险的基础上,提出运用物元分析法研究决策阶段的风险,采用物元理论建立绿色建筑的决策期风险评估物元模型并进行分析,做出相应风险评价,以期对绿色建筑风险研究提供一些参考和借鉴.

Owing to the novel idea, high investment cost, complex technology and long-term construction of the target, etc. , the risk of green buildings is more prominent than that of traditional architecture. This paper briefly introduces the concept of the green buildings and their risks, and proposes using the matter-element analysis to consider the risk at the decision-making stage. The model is combined with particular engineering cases. The corresponding risk assessment will be made based on the analysis of the model with a view to providing some ref- erence for the correlative research.
