摘要
废杂铜原料是由多种成分组成的混合体,要使其再生加工成高品质铜合金,必须对原辅料、设备、工艺等技术进行系统研究.文章通过对炉前分选及特殊装备、熔炼工艺技术、铜熔体铸造覆盖技术及添加方式、杂质对再生铜合金加工工艺及产品质量影响、电磁搅拌技术等的研究,有效地控制了以废杂铜作为主要原料生产高品质铜合金中杂质成分,实现了废杂铜直接生产高品质铜合金带.
The paper introduces the technology for the production of high-quality recycled copper alloys using copper scraps as raw material. Firstly, it studies the pre-furnace sorting and special equipment, smelting process, rare earth addition, copper melt casting and such key techniques as material-adding methods and electromagnetic stirring;then, it analyzes the impact of impurities on the production process and product quality of recycled copper alloys;finally, it discusses the three wastes in the production process and their treatment technology.
