Discussion on formative education of the vocational colleges

养成教育是培养学生良好习惯的重要手段,充分认识高职院校学生养成教育的重要性,有助于学生形成养成教育意识,有效促进学生全面可持续发展;高职院校学生养成教育现状堪忧,主要体现在以下几点:将养成教育混淆成道德教育,养成教育的对象针对性不够强,养成教育内容的时代性不强,养成教育缺乏系统的约束;提升高职院校学生养成教育的重要途径需要学校、家庭和社会三方面共同努力从道德品质、良好行为习惯、创新思维等方面强化高职院校学生的养成教育。

Formative education is an important method to help students be trained with good habits. Formative education also help students to develop the educational consciousness and help them to have a all- around development. Nowadays,there are some problems in formative education; for example： make a confusion between formative education and moral education,lacks of specific pertinence for education objects,lacks of times of content of education and lacks of systematic constriction. The role methods to improve the formative education needs college,family and society works together. And needs moral qualities,good behavior and innovative thinking to strengthen the formative education of vocational college students.
