摘要
针对采用微通道冷凝器的制冷机组在低室温高环温工况下启动时容易出现高压跳停的问题,通过对微通道换热器与传统翅片管式换热器内容积差异的分析,从改善系统设计方面入手,提出减少制冷剂充注量,使制冷剂快速回到蒸发器继续循环,以及加大冷凝器侧容积的方法,为采用微通道冷凝器的制冷机组的设计提供参考。
According to the issue of high-pressure trip at the start-up in low indoor temperature and high ambient temperature condition for refrigeration unit using micro- channel heat exchanger (MCHE) as the condenser, through analyzing and comparing the internal volume difference between MCHE and the finned-tube heat exchanger, some solu- tions are proposed to improve the system design, such as decreasing the system's refriger- ant charge, accelerating refrigerant to cycle back to evaporator and increasing the internal volume on the condenser side, which provide a good reference for the design of refrigera- tion unit using MCHE condenser.
