摘要
通过搭建适用于聚合物螺旋盘管在滞留型水体中传热特性研究的试验装置,对管内流阻以及管内和管外对流换热特性进行测试,并与现有主要基于金属材料盘管换热器所获试验关联式的计算结果进行比较,推荐可应用于地表水地源热泵系统聚合物螺旋盘管换热器流阻和传热特性估算的试验关联式,为闭式地表水地源热泵聚合物螺旋盘管的工程设计提供参考。
The experimental device is built to investigate the heat transfer performance of polymer helical coils working in the water with natural convection, so that the flow re- sistance inside the coil tube, as well as the convective heat transfer characteristics inside and outside the coil tube are tested. After comparing with the calculated results of existing correlations mainly based on metal helical coils heat exchanger, the experimental correla- tions suitable for estimating flow resistance and heat transfer characteristics of the polymer heli- cal coils heat exchanger are recommended, which provide references for the design of the polymer helical coils applied to the closed-,loop surface water ground-source heat pumps.
