摘要
目的自制混合冷冻血浆(来源于健康体检人群)以及临床上报废的滤白冷冻新鲜血浆(来源于献血者)用于血液流变学中血浆黏度的室内质量控制,并对其进行评价。方法收集健康体检人群的血浆充分混合后、-20℃低温保存自制混合冷冻血浆,同时采用无偿献血者报废滤白冷冻新鲜血浆,用于室内质控检测,并对其进行精密度和稳定性评价。结果健康体检人群混合冷冻血浆的血浆黏度定值范围为1.548±0.025(CV:1.622%),180d以内稳定性良好,无偿献血者报废滤白冷冻新鲜血浆的血浆黏度的定值范围为1.182±0.008(CV:0.688%),两者的室内质控均未见失控。结论两种冷冻质控血浆的精密度与稳定性均良好。
Objective To establish and analysis internal quality control(IQC) of plasma viscosity by using frozen plasma from the healthy people and blood donors.Methods The plasma which was collected from the healthy people was mixed and stored in cryopreservation(-20℃) and then was used as IQC.And meantime the clinically scrapped frozen plasma from blood donors also was detected as IQC.Results Respectively,the value ranges of IQC are 1.548 ±0.025(CV:1.622%) and 1.182 ±0.008(CV:0.688%).And plasma is stable within 180 days.Conclusion Two types of frozen plasma have good precision and stability,and it could be used for plasma viscosity internal quality control in clinical laboratory.
