miR-320a与肿瘤相关性的研究进展 被引量:7

摘要 miR-320a是miR-320家族成员之一,广泛存在于人体的多种组织和器官。近年来,许多研究者发现miR-320a在胃、肝、结直肠等肿瘤细胞中表达水平异常,并证实了miR-320a与肿瘤的发生、发展、转移及预后密切相关。本文通过总结最新文献,重点阐述miR-320a在肿瘤发生和发展过程中的作用及其可能机制,以期为肿瘤治疗和研究提供新的靶点分子。
