延续护理模式在乳腺癌化疗患者中的应用效果观察

Observation on the Effects of Extended Nursing Care Model in Patients with Breast Cancer Chemotherapy

目的:探讨延续护理模式在乳腺癌化疗患者中的应用效果。方法:将240例乳腺癌首次化疗出院患者随机分为观察组与对照组各120例,对照组出院时实施常规护理措施,观察组根据奥马哈系统内容实施延续护理。化疗结束后采用生命质量核心量表(QLQ-C30)、自我护理知识掌握程度调查表及护理满意度调查表分析两组患者护理效果。结果:观察组患者角色功能、认知功能、身体功能、社会功能及情绪功能5个方面评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者自我护理知识掌握程度明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者护理满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:延续护理有助于提高乳腺癌化疗患者的自我护理能力和生命质量,临床护理效果显著。

Objective：To explore the application effects of extended nursing care model in patients with breast cancer chemotherapy . Methods：A total of 240 patients with breast cancer were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group ,120 cases in each group .The control group was given the routine nursing care ,while the observation group was carried out the extended nursing care ac-cording to the Omaha system.After the end of chemotherapy,the quality of life core scale （QLQ-C30）,self nursing knowledge mastery degree questionnaires and nursing satisfaction questionnaires were used to analyze the nursing effects patients in two groups .Results：The observation group′s patients role function scores ,cognitive function scores ,physical function scores ,social function scores and emotional function scores of 5 QLQ were significantly higher than those of control group （P〈0.05）.And the observation group self -care knowledge was significantly better than those in the control group （P〈0.05）.The observation group nursing satisfaction was significantly higher than that in the control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Extended nursing is helpful to improve the self -care ability and quality of life of pa-tients with breast cancer chemotherapy .
