综合护理配合在全髋关节置换术治疗老年股骨颈骨折中的应用

Application of Comprehensive Nursing Care in the Treatment of Femoral Neck Fracturs in Elderly with Total Hip Replaoment

目的:探讨全髋关节置换术治疗老年股骨颈骨折患者的综合护理配合方法及效果。方法:将106例行全髋关节置换术治疗的老年股骨颈骨折患者随机分为观察组和对照组各53例,对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施综合护理配合,比较两组临床疗效、并发症发生情况、患者生活质量以及对护理的满意度。结果:观察组临床疗效优良率和有效率均高于对照组(P<0.05),术后并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),术后健康调查简表(SF-36)评分高于对照组(P<0.01),患者对护理的满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:综合护理配合应用于全髋关节置换术治疗老年股骨颈骨折患者临床效果满意。

Objective：To investigate the method and effects of total hip replacement in the treatment of elderly patients with femoral neck fracture .Methods：A total of 106 cases of total hip replacement with femoral neck fractwre in the treatment of fracture patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 53 cases in each group .The control group received routine nursing care,while the observation group received comprehensive nursing care .The clinical efficacy,complications,quality of life and satisfaction with nursing care were compared between the two groups .Results：The clinical curative effects ,the excellent rate and effective rate in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group （P〈0.05）,and the incidence of postoperative complications was significantly lower than that of control group （P〈0.05）.Postoperative health survey questionnaires （SF-36） scores in the observa-tion group were significantly higher than that in the control group （P〈0.01）,and patients satisfaction with nursing care in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Clinical results of comprehensive nursing with the ap-plication of total hip arthroplasty in elderly patients with femoral neck fracture were satisfactory .
