摘要 课程改革文化研究的前提假设是"课程改革的本质是文化重建",也就是新文化的确立和旧文化的消亡,这不可避免地带来文化冲突。文化冲突是造成课改困境的根本原因,但对于究竟是何种文化之间的冲突,学界是有分歧的。对新课改持批判立场的学者认为是新课程理念脱离我国教育文化传统导致了二者间的冲突;赞同新课改的学者认为新课程理念本身不存在问题,是保守僵化的学校文化阻碍了新课改的顺利推展。他们都倡导课程工作者要有"文化自觉"意识,并积极进行课程文化创新。然而,课程文化冲突究竟应该如何解决,课程改革文化研究却不能够给我们提供明确的答案。课程文化重建不仅面临着理论的失语,更面临着实践的迷茫。课程文化重建仅靠文化自觉是难以实现的,从文化自觉到文化重建需要中介。其中一个重要的因素,便是良好的制度。课程改革研究应更多地关注课程改革制度建设,以合理的制度涵养新型学校文化,并保障课改的科学发展。 The premise of cultural study of curriculum reform is "the essence of curriculum reform is the reconstruction of culture", that is to say the establishment of the new culture and the disappearance of the old culture, which inevitably brings about cultural conflict. Cultural conflict is the root cause of the dilemma of curricuhim reform. But there are differences in the academic circles about the conflict between what kinds of culture. The critics on the new curriculum believe that the concept of the new curriculum is out of touch with the Chinese tradition of educational culture. Proponents of the new curriculum believe that the concept of the new curriculum is nothing wrong, and the ossified school culture hinders the smooth implementation of the new curriculum reform. Both the critics and the proponents advocate the curriculum practice workers should have "cultural consciousness" and actively carry out the innovation of curriculum culture. However, the cultural studies of curriculum reform are not able to provide us with a clear answer to how to solve the curriculum cultural conflict. The reconstruction of curriculum culture faces with not only the loss of speech in the theory, but also the confusion of practice. The reconstruction of curriculum culture is difficult to be realized only by the cultural consciousness. From the cultural to the cultural reconstruction needs the mediations, among which is the good institution. The researchers of curriculum reform should pay more attention to the institution of curriculum reform which could form a new style of culture of school and ensure the scientific development of the eurrieulurn reform.
