基于高温性能的橡胶沥青材料复合改性试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 为提高橡胶沥青及其混合料的高温稳定性,通过外加剂对橡胶沥青进行复合改性研究,开展不同类型沥青及其混合料的对比试验。研究结果表明:采用苯乙烯-丁二烯嵌段共聚物SBS或温拌添加剂SAK对橡胶沥青进行复合改性能够提高胶结料的高温性能;尤其是SBS复合改性橡胶沥青,其180℃旋转黏度、针入度、软化点、弹性恢复指标与纯橡胶沥青相比均得到显著改善;沥青混合料的动稳定度表现为:SBS复合改性橡胶沥青混合料>SBS改性沥青混合料>SAK复合改性橡胶沥青混合料>纯橡胶沥青混合料;经验证SBS复合改性橡胶沥青混合料具备稳定的综合路用性能。 In order to improve the high-temperature performance of the asphalt rubber and its mixture, this paper studied compound modified technology with the modifiers added to asphalt rubber was made, and made comparison test among different types of asphalt and its mixture. The results showed that asphalt rubber could get better high-temperature performance with compound modification of styrene-butadiene-styrene polymer (SBS) or viscosity-redueing additive SAK. Especially, compared with pure asphalt rubber, 180 ℃ rotation viscosity, penetration, softening point, elastic recovery index of SBS compound modified asphalt rubber were improved obviously. In addition, the dynamic stabilities of different mixtures showed that SBS compound modified asphalt rubber mixture〉SBS modified asphalt mixture〉SAK compound modified asphalt rubber mixture〉pure asphalt rubber mixture. It was verified that SBS compound modified asphalt rubber mixture had stable comprehensive road performance.
