摘要
超粘磨耗层技术结合了超薄磨耗层和微表处两种技术的优点,在使用纤维与高粘改性乳化沥青后,提高了磨耗层对路面的吸附能力,增强了抗磨耗能力和封水性能的同时,延长了道路的使用寿命。而纤维同步碎石封层通过喷洒两层改性乳化沥青,并使用纤维和单一粒径集料后,有效地提高了封层与原路面的粘结,增加了路面的防水性能,增大了路面纹理与抗滑性能。两种养护技术都十分适用于沥青路面预防性养护工程。
As a new technology for preventive maintenance, novasurfacing combined the advantages of novachip and microsurfacing. With the help of glass fiber and high-cohesive modified emulsion asphalt, novasurface can be adsorbed very hard to the pavement. Meanwhile capacity of anti-wear and anti-water could also be improved. As a result, service life of the road was prolonged. By means of double modified emulsion asphalt and glass fiber, synchronous surface dressing become more water- resistant and the adhesive properties to the asphalt pavement could also be greatly improved. Moreover, single sized particle used in synchronous surface dressing enhanced anti-skidding performance of the pavement. Consequently, both technologies were very suitable for maintenance projects in asphalt pavement.
