摘要
文章以城市道路交通事故预警作为研究对象,结合城市道路交通事故分布规律、交通事故成因与交通事故变化趋势,构建城市道路交通事故预警指标体系,同时使用层次分析法构建城市道路交通事故预警模型,确定预警级别及预警处置,在此基础上选择南京典型城市道路的交通事故数据对预警模型进行验证,其目的是在城市道路发生交通事故后快速判断交通事故的严重程度,并根据交通事故的严重程度采取科学的救援措施,减少交通事故造成的损失。
Taking urban road traffic accident early warning as the research object, combined with the distribution of urban traffic accidents, traffic accidents and causes of accidents trends, this paper built urban road traffic accident early warning indicator system. By using AHP, urban road traffic accident early warning model was built to determine the level of warning and warning disposal. On the basis of traffic accident data of Nanjing typical urban roads, the early warning model was verified. The model was built to determine the severity of accidents quickly when traffic accidents occurred in the city and take scientific rescue measures in accordance with the severity of accidents to reduce the losses caused by traffic accidents.
