摘要
以典型的开放式对口船闸善后河枢纽为例,对联合调度模型进行分析和研究。文章在国内外学者的研究基础上,结合善后河枢纽实际情况,统计了船舶过闸速度、单闸次闸阀门启闭时间、建筑物距离等相关性,形成了闸室组合模型思路,规划闸室编排简化图;同时,建立善后河枢纽联合调度模型,引入调度目标函数和约束条件,分析船舶在不同环节下调度时间和注意要点,提高闸次效率;最后,提出了联合调度预期目标,组织计划了善后河枢纽联合调度流程,为联合调度实际工作提供参考。
This paper takes the typical open symmetric ship lock in Shanhou River, which has close third-level ship locks with many entrances and exits as example to analyze and study the combined dispatching model. On the basis of the study of experts from home and abroad, according to the practical situation of Shanhou River ship lock, this paper analyzes the correlation among the speed of lockage, the time that ship lock opens and closes, and distance between buildings, and forms the thought on lock chamber combined model and its simplified graph. Then it establishes the combined dispatching model of open symmetric ship lock in Shanhou River, and introduces dispatching objective function and constraint condition to analyze the time and key points of ships in different steps to increase the efficiency of the opening of ship lock. Finally, it raises the expected goal of combined dispatch, and plans the combined dispatching process of Shanhou River ship lock, which can provide reference for practical works.
