The Molecular Mechanism of Sperm Capacitation

摘要 精子获能作为受精的前提条件 ,其机制目前尚未完全研究清楚。本文主要讨论了一些生化因子 (如 :血清、Ca+ + 、HCO- 3、c AMP、PTP等 )及生理因子 (如 :p H、膜电位、自由基等 ) The molecular mechanism of sperm capacitation is unclearly inmany aspects.This article reviews some effective factors affecting the sperm capacitation,including the serum albumin,Ca ++ ,HCO - 3,cAMP,PTP,pH,etc.
