摘要
介绍了在钢铁企业温室气体排放工作中监测计划的重要性,研究了国内外温室气体排放政策对监测计划的要求,提出了钢铁企业制定温室气体排放监测计划的重点与难点。
The importance of establishing monitoring plan of greenhouse gas emissions for iron and steel enterprises was introduced. Then the requirements of monitoring of greenhouse gas emissions in climate policies in Chinaand other countries were studied. Finally the key points and difficulties for iron and steel enterprises in establishing monitoring plan of greenhouse gas emission were proposed.
