摘要
为研究复方中草药提取物对广西麻鸡蛋品质的影响,随机选取43周龄、体况一致、健康的广西麻鸡1800只为试验动物,进行为期7周的饲养试验,其中预试期为1周,正试期为6周。试验鸡群随机分为3组,每组3个重复。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验A组和试验B组分别在基础饲粮中添加中草药提取物500 mg·kg-1。结果表明,试验A组和试验B组的产蛋率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)、不合格蛋数极显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。说明中草药提取物能显著提高广西麻鸡的产蛋性能。
The feeding test was conducted to evaluate the effect of Chinese herb PE on egg production traits of Guangxi partridge chicken. One thousand and eight hundred Guangxi Partridge Chickens were randomly assigned to 3 groups with 3 repeats. Test group was provided with basic diet, while group A and B were fed with basic diets added to 500 mg·kg^-1 different Chinese herb PE respectively for 6 weeks. The results showed that adding Chinese herb PE into diet could increase the laying rate （P〈0.05）, decrease the number of unqualified eggs （P〈0.01）. The conclusion of the study was Chinese herb PE could improve egg production traits of Guangxi partridge chicken.
