栽培双孢菇生物处理奶牛粪便效果研究

摘要 试验以奶牛粪便为培养底物,通过对未处理牛粪、发酵堆肥后牛粪及栽培双孢菇后的奶牛粪中的细菌数量、寄生虫卵数量和营养物质含量测定,研究栽培双孢菇生物处理奶牛粪效果,为无害化处理奶牛粪便提供理论依据。结果表明,栽培双孢菇能显著降低奶牛粪中的细菌总数、大肠杆菌数、沙门氏菌数(P<0.05);栽培双孢菇极显著降低奶牛粪中寄生虫卵数量(P<0.01);栽培双孢菇后奶牛粪中的营养物质显著降低;粪便堆肥发酵能一定程度上处理奶牛粪便但效果差于栽培双孢菇处理的方式。研究表明,栽培双孢菇能无害化处理奶牛粪便,且效果较好。 This study used cow dung as substrates to determine the effects of biological treatment of cow dung, through the determination of bacterial population, parasitic ovum number and the content of nutrient on untreated cow dung, fermented cow dung and cultivation of agaricus bisporus of cow dung, aiming to provide theoretical basis for dis- posal cow dung. The results showed that cultivation of agaricus bisporus could significantly reduced the number of to- tal number of bacteria, coliform count and salmonella number in cow dung; significantly reduced the parasitic ovum number in cow dung (P〈0.05); reduced the nutrients in cow dung; the fermentation of cow dung could degrade the harmful components of cow dung but the effect was poorer. Cultivating agaricus bisporus could dispose the cow dung and the effects was better.
