摘要
以陕西铜川油页岩为样品,使用四氢呋喃溶剂对样品进行索氏萃取,分离出小分子化合物,得到萃余物。通过对原样和萃余物做固体红外分析,获得萃取物小分子成分。利用热重-红外联用技术对油页岩原样、萃余物进行热解实验得到热重曲线。利用热重曲线进行热解动力学计算,分析原样和萃余物的活化能的变化来研究小分子化合物对油页岩热解的影响。结果表明:小分子化合物含有醇类、烯烃、磷酸、磺酸酯类的物质和较多脂肪族化合物。有机小分子降低了油页岩的活化能,使油页岩原样的热解反应比不存在有机小分子的情况更容易进行,且在不同的升温速率下这种影响程度不同。
Taking Shanxi Tongchuan oil shale as the object, we use tetrahydrofuran do Soxhlet extraction to separate small molecule compound for the raffinate. By doing solid infrared analysis of the original sample and the raffinate small molecule compound ingredients can be obtained. Using TG-FTIR technique to do pyrolysis experiments to the original sample and the raffinate TG curves can be got. Using TG curves to do pyrolysis pinetics calculation for studying a change in the activation energy between the original sample and the raffinate to study the effect of small molecule compounds for the oil shale pyrolysis. The results show:Small molecule compounds contain alcohols, olefins, phosphoric acid, sulfonic acid esters substances and more aliphatic compounds;Small organic molecules reduce the activation energy of oil shale which makes the pyrolysis reaction easier than that in absence of small organic molecules and it has different magnitude of this effect at different heating rates.
